1. Return Eligibility & Requirements
To successfully qualify for an exchange or a monetary refund, all returned merchandise must strictly satisfy the following physical conditions:

- Products must remain in their pristine, factory-original state, enclosed in original packaging with all commercial product tags fully intact.
- Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free from any external signs of wear, biological odors, or structural modifications.
2. Guidelines by Product Category
Our custom manufacturing flow requires returns to be evaluated based on two specific product classifications:
a. Standard Products (Non-Personalized)
Apparel purchased without personalized names, unique numbers, or specific custom logos can be easily exchanged for alternative items of equivalent value, or fully returned for a product refund.
If your selected replacement item carries a higher retail price, the customer is responsible for settling the remaining balance prior to dispatch.
* Please Note: For standard items, the buyer covers the logistical shipping postage fees required for both the return route and the new exchange delivery.
b. Customized & Personalized Products
Because items featuring tailored roster names, explicit numbers, custom team insignias, or custom modifications are individual fabrications made explicitly for you, all sales are final. We do not approve standard returns or issue refunds for personalized gear due to a change of mind.
Authorized Exceptions to This Rule:
- The physical physical measurements of the uniform deviate completely from our official online size chart specifications.
- The actual text, numbering, or placement layouts do not match the exact data logs submitted in your original order invoice.
Critical Notice: We strongly urge you to cross-examine our comprehensive size dimension charts before completing any checkout. Sports Uniform Kits cannot assume financial liability or process remakes for personalized gear if a buyer accidentally selects incorrect size options.
Should your personalized order fall under an operational exception, please contact us immediately with clear photographic verification:
- For Layout/Text Discrepancies: Provide a well-lit photograph highlighting the spelling typo, incorrect digit, or structural misalignment alongside your digital receipt.
- For Size Discrepancies: Lay the sportswear completely flat on an even floor surface, placing a standard measuring tape across the specific dimensions that contradict our online parameters. This enables our production desk to immediately authorize your expedited replacement or refund.
3. How to Submit a Return Request

4. Refund Methods & Financial Timelines
Every validated refund is automatically sent back to the exact payment method utilized during your initial check out (Stripe credit processing or PayPal services). While our internal system completes the transaction within 5 business days, please understand that your personal banking institution or card issuer may require several additional banking days to officially post the credit onto your statement.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following specific scenarios are strictly ineligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit:
- Tailored, custom-manufactured, or personalized uniforms (unless an explicit production defect has been formally validated by our desk).
- Products that show clear indicators of cosmetic washing, laundering, outdoor use, soil marks, or scent alterations.
- Shipments officially registered and documented as "Delivered" by the third-party logistics courier, but subsequently reported as missing, misplaced, or stolen after arrival.
